Hi, I’m Keri, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s emotional complexities. I’m so glad you’re here!
Over the years, I’ve worked with many clients who are known as the “strong ones”—the ones who hold it all together, support everyone else, and push through no matter the cost. One client comes to mind in particular. She had spent years managing other people’s emotions, staying busy to avoid her own pain, and believing rest was something to earn. In therapy, she began to realize that the exhaustion she felt wasn’t a flaw—it was a signal. Through our work together, she found the space to slow down, listen inward, and finally connect with the parts of herself that had been working so hard to protect her.
That kind of transformation—where someone begins to shift from managing chaos to truly healing from the inside out—is the reason I do this work. You don’t have to keep doing it all alone.
In my practice, I specialize in working with emotionally aware but overwhelmed individuals: cycle breakers, adult children of dysfunctional families, sensitive souls, and those navigating complex or high-conflict relationships. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself—calm, capable, and compassionate—not because life becomes easier, but because you start responding to it from a more grounded place within.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a core part of my approach, getting curious about the different “parts” of you—those that strive, those that protect, and even those that shut down. I’m also trained in EMDR and CBT, and I integrate these approaches when helpful. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that you are not broken—your system is simply trying to protect you the best way it knows how.
My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported—especially when we’ve spent so long feeling responsible for everyone else’s wellbeing.
My specialties include:
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again—and maybe meet new parts of yourself along the way—I’d be honored to partner with you!
