Meet Hannah

Welcome, I'm really glad you're here.

Facing life’s challenges, whether for you or your child, can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that when safety and trust are present, healing and growth can truly begin. My goal is to create a space where you or your child feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.

I graduated from Boise State University—go Broncos! During my time there, I was fortunate to complete four internships across elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as gaining experience in private practice. This variety helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs at different stages and settings.

Before moving into private practice, I spent two years as a middle school counselor in Emmett, Idaho. That time gave me a deep appreciation for the unique struggles and strengths that young people and their families bring into the counseling space.

I offer a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them. I also draw from Adlerian therapy to explore relationships, family dynamics, and personal strengths. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, school stress, peer and relationship issues, and women’s concerns, always focusing on building trust and supporting growth.

Outside the therapy room, I love being in nature. Whether I’m floating the Boise River, watching sunsets at Lucky Peak, or snowboarding in the winter, being outdoors helps keep me grounded. I’m especially drawn to Idaho’s hot springs in the colder months—they’ve become a peaceful, restorative place for me during the long winter days. I also have two wonderful cats who keep me company and remind me to slow down and enjoy the little moments.

When you're ready, I’d be honored to connect and walk alongside you on this journey toward healing and greater well-being. Feel free to schedule a free 15-minute phone or Telehealth consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’d love to answer any questions you have and learn more about how I can support you.
