Feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns and wondering why they keep showing up? Hannah’s free Relationship Style Quiz helps you better understand your relationship style—so you can start making sense of what’s been hard and what you truly want.
Welcome, I'm really glad you're here. Whether you’re seeking support around relationships or looking for guidance in parenting a child with ADHD, I offer a thoughtful, supportive space to explore what’s next.
Young adulthood brings a lot of change, and relationship stress such as breakups, shifting friendships, roommate challenges, school pressure, or work stress can feel heavy. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone. I believe that when safety and trust are present, healing and growth can begin.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel understood. In our work together, we focus on building emotional awareness, communication skills, and confidence so you can move through relationships and life transitions with more clarity and ease. I take a person-centered approach and integrate Adlerian therapy and CBT, helping you explore relationship patterns, family dynamics, and personal strengths while also examining how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact and influence one another. I specialize in relational stress with teens and young adults and also support clients with anxiety, women’s concerns, school stress, and self-esteem.
Supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges can feel overwhelming at times. My goal is to create a space where your child feels safe, supported, and understood, while also working collaboratively with you to encourage growth and resilience.
I specialize in working with children ages six and up and adolescents, with a focus on ADHD. Therapy often includes support with emotional regulation, confidence-building, executive functioning skills, and navigating school-related stress. I use a person-centered approach and draw from Adlerian therapy and CBT to help children understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop coping skills, and build confidence within the context of family and school.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature, including floating the Boise River, watching sunsets at Lucky Peak, snowboarding in the winter, and soaking in Idaho’s hot springs. I also have two cats who remind me to slow down and appreciate the small moments.
When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you or your child on the journey toward growth and well-being. You’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute phone or Telehealth consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit and talk about how I can best support you.
