I’m Nicole, a Psychological Associate residing under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Jordan at Eagle Therapist Collective. Currently, I’m a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology and an advanced-level trainee in Somatic Experiencing.
My therapeutic practice is dedicated to helping ambitious women build a new relationship with their thoughts, stories, and emotional experiences, closing the gap between who they are now and who they’re meant to be.
My path to becoming a psychologist began in 2015 when I faced a critical decision: continue to self-abandon to avoid disappointing others, or embrace being unapologetic and develop confidence in the face of uncertainty.
Choosing the latter was terrifying, but necessary. I learned to claim my truth and the values that were most important to me, honor my intuition, and trust that I would be okay.
Through this process, I discovered things work in your life until they don’t. But once you’re able to recognize what’s not working and what’s not supportive you have an opportunity to face it. It takes courage to process the things that have happened in your life, and do the work to heal yourself from them.
My experience of healing inspired me to guide women toward their greatest value and walk beside them, with my hand on their back, through each step of their journey without judgment or shame. That’s why I’m here.
My practice focuses are:
My ultimate goal is to help women achieve deeper life engagement and satisfaction while initiating a profound reconnection with themselves. I’m committed to providing a supportive, empathetic, and empowering environment for my clients to explore their inner worlds and transform their lives.
