Jeffrey works primarily with men who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients he supports are high-functioning men who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. He brings nearly five decades of lived experience, offering a real perspective on long-term personal relationships, marriage, family dynamics, parenting, and the challenges that arise across different seasons of life.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boise State University with an emphasis on business leadership and has over 25 years of experience in corporate settings and leadership roles. This background informs a grounded, practical, and relational approach to therapy, particularly for clients facing identity shifts, career strain, work-related stress, and major life transitions.
Jeffrey’s clinical approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. He strives to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to explore their experiences at their own pace. His purpose is centered on partnership with clients as they work to clarify goals, strengthen self-awareness, and develop the emotional insight needed to restore balance, deepen connection, and create lasting change.
His work often focuses on helping men manage stress and burnout, improve communication in their relationships, and reconnect with a clearer sense of direction and purpose. Jeffrey understands that many men are not always encouraged to talk openly about what they are carrying, and he works to create a space where clients can speak honestly, reflect thoughtfully, and move through challenges without judgment.
Jeffrey sees clients through Eagle Therapist Collective and contributes to the development of our men’s wellness initiative, Black Oak Wellness, which focuses on supporting men’s mental health, growth, and well-being. He practices under the clinical supervision of Dr. Jennifer Jordan, licensed psychologist and founder of Eagle Therapist Collective.
Jeffrey is currently accepting new clients for evenings and weekends.
