Hey, there!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm licensed in Idaho and provide both in-person and Telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, especially for people who feel weighed down by emotions like fear, stress, shame, and guilt. My goal is to help you move beyond these emotional blocks and build stronger, more fulfilling connections—with yourself and with others.


My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective, evidence-based method that helps you recognize and shift negative thought patterns. I also use TEAM-CBT, a dynamic and structured form of CBT developed by Dr. David Burns. TEAM stands for Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods. This framework enhances traditional CBT by emphasizing measurable outcomes, a strong therapeutic connection, and active collaboration. It empowers you to track your progress, gain deeper insight, and use practical strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.


I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I strive to create a warm, open, and judgment-free space where you can safely explore your challenges and build tools for emotional wellness. My style is compassionate, direct, and action-oriented—I’ll help you gain clarity and confidence as you work toward your personal goals.
