Baylee Sanderson is a warm, attuned, and down-to-earth therapist who brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work with teens and families. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Boise State University and joins Eagle Therapist Collective as a Licensed Social Worker. Baylee has a natural gift for helping adolescents feel understood, supported, and safe exploring the challenges they’re navigating.
Before joining ETC, Baylee worked as a Child Welfare Social Worker with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where she advocated for vulnerable children, conducted home visits, assessed safety and risk, and designed individualized intervention plans to promote well-being. These experiences strengthened her skills in crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and working collaboratively with families under significant stress. She also previously led adaptive recreation programs for youth and adults with disabilities, further deepening her ability to connect across diverse needs and developmental stages.
At Eagle Therapist Collective, Baylee specializes in working with teens experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, identity development challenges, and academic or social pressures. She has a particular passion for supporting teens who are experimenting with substances, helping them build insight, develop safer coping strategies, and strengthen resilience—all in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment. Baylee’s approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and relational, blending solid clinical training with a warm, approachable style that teens tend to connect with easily.
Baylee offers individual therapy for teens (ages 12+) and parent-support sessions as part of her work.
